2. Purpose of the site

This site presents the shop, products, services, photographs. Information is free to access, apart from your internet connection costs.

There are no shopping carts, payments, forms or automatic bookings. Calls and messages let you request information or an appointment; confirmation and service conditions are agreed directly with Kopala.

Photographs show shop products and spaces. Availability, formats and opening hours can change. Confirm current details with the shop.

3. Use of the website

Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights and the operation of the service. Do not introduce harmful code, try to access restricted areas or use its content misleadingly.

You do not need an account or personal information to read the site. Conditions for services arranged directly with Kopala are supplied through the relevant channel.

4. Content rights

Photographs, text, the logo, design and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Visiting the site does not grant a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit them.

Uses beyond those permitted by law require the rights holder’s authorisation. Third-party names and brands identify their products and belong to their owners.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps links open external services voluntarily, under their own terms and policies. Kopala does not control those providers’ content or decisions.

The embedded map connects to Google only after you authorise its optional category. Site photographs are served locally and are not embedded social media posts.

We aim to keep information clear and current. Please report errors using the contact details so they can be reviewed. Maintenance or technical incidents may interrupt access.
